On this, our development website, we aim to provide as much information as possible about our company and our project to develop seven fantastic holiday apartments on the cliffs at Hannafore, West Looe and the specification of the completed apartments which are now available to be purchased off-plan. Westcliff Developments Ltd, was formed in 2003 to invest in a project to convert The Westcliff Hotel, Hannfore,  into seven luxury apartments.

All projects undertaken by the investors have been in Cornwall, where historic properties have been renovated and transformed into top quality self-catering holiday cottages.

Our investment in Westcliff was inspired by the desire to create modern, highly specified and well serviced apartments in South East Cornwall to provide 5star accommodation to discerning clients wanting to visit Cornwall for both short breaks and for longer holidays.  We believe that there is a major gap in the market for those who want to enjoy luxury accommodation in an idyllic location whilst on a short break.

Our aim is to provide what is sometimes known as ‘Apart-Hotel’ accommodation. Conceptually, Westcliff will be positioned between a luxury hotel and luxury self-catering, offering the very best of both worlds. Our apartments will be serviced daily and every need will be catered for by on-site local staff.  However, we will also be providing the freedom and flexibility that self-catering accommodation offers.
