About Us
The Westcliff development project was undertaken by investors that have developed and renovated properties in holiday destinations with a view to building property incomes from the marketing of self catering holidays. Much of our activities have been focused on Cornwall where we have undertaken the following projects :-
- Renovation
of a Landmark Grade II listed1838 Methodist Chapel in Polperro, Cornwall
and the creation of five bedroomed holiday accommodation rated as 5* by
the English Tourist Council. This property can be viewed at Kirkhouse

- Renovation
of a Landmark Grade II listed C18th harbourside property in Polperro,
Cornwall to create 5* rated holiday accommodation comprising of a three
bedroomed house and a superb apartment. This property can be viewed at Pierinn

- Renovation
of a Grade II listed fisherman’s cottage on The Warren, Polperro, a
Conservation village. Soon to be rated by the ETC, this property can be

Cottage Holidays
- Sub-division
of a detached valleyside property in Mevagissey, Cornwall into three high
class, modern apartments. This property can be viewed at Casa

- Current project to convert of a near derelict mid19th century
town house in St Anne, Alderney into three top grade holiday apartments.

Additionally, the company develops properties in
Royal Leamington Spa and Warwick. Developments in the Conservation area of
Leamington Town and in Warwick over the past two years include :-
- The
creation of four new apartments in the side garden of
a Victorian town house in Portland Place East together with the
creation of a basement apartment and the renovation of the house itself.
- The
total renovation of a Grade II listed six bedroomed Regency town house
in Clarendon Square together with the creation of a two bedroomed
apartment in the basement .
- The
renovation of a 1930s executive house in Myton Road, Warwick together with
the new build of a large family house in the side garden.

In
essence. the objectives of the group are to undertake meaningful property
developments that add value to the buildings themselves,
and to their locality and to their owners by
creating the revenues they need to generate to own the properties
themselves.
It is with these objectives in mind that we have invested in the conversion of a cliff-side hotel at Hannafore, Looe, Cornwall into seven spectacular apartments with panoramic coastal, town and river views simply known as 'Westcliff'
